Blue Paisley

Hello Everyone!!

Just wanted to share a quick card with you all! It's a pretty simple one but I love the colors!

I hope everyone has a fun and safe holiday this weekend...I have to work all weekend, so I'll be back next week with some fun birthday stuff!! (My baby turns 1 next week)

Happy crafting!!!

Happy Birthday Princess

Hello!!

I made this card for my 1st daughter. She will be turning 4 in just over a month and LOVES the Disney Princesses!!!! So I know she will LOVE this card!

I used the Once Upon a Princess cartridge to cute the phrase. I used the Disney Princess paper pad. (Can't remember the brand name) I added the blue and pink brads to the princess cutout and popped it up on pop dots. Then added the two different colors of ribbon. Can't wait to see her face when I give this card to her!!!

I will be doing a few more Disney Princess themed projects very soon. I have already made 16 birthday invitations. They turned out sooo cute. I will be posting those in a few days. And if you missed my post on embossing napkins (also princess themed) check that out too!

Smile...

Sweet and simple!! I have yet to decide who will get this card but I made to have in my stash. Anyone could use a SMILE!! I basically cut the matte, added ribbon, and then added the SMILE chipboard sticker. I think it is missing something though, what do you think? I may add some buttons or something!

Thanks for visiting my blog!!

Happy Everything!!

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!!

I absolutely love this card!! I think the colors are so fun! And it really is so simple! I used some glitter paper, Prima flowers, 2 brads, and some ribbon. Oh yeah, and a little bling on the sentiment! I can't wait to give this card to someone! I also used the Divine Swirls cuttlebug folder to emboss the top part of the card.
Have a great week!!

1st Birthday Owl Card

Hello Everyone!!

Sorry it has been a while since I've posted!! But I'm back with a sweet little card for my daughters 1st Birthday! She will be 1 in less than two weeks :( It's so sad!! lol The theme for her party is Owls with pink and brown for the colors.

The owl on this card was cut from the Stamping solutions cartridge and the ONE was cut from Plantin Schoolbook. The circles behind the owl are also from Plantin Schoolbook. I used the border punch and then added the ribbon.

I will soon be posting a pic of the goodie bags that I made for the party also. So stay tuned for this also.

Flower birthday card

Hi everyone!!! I now have 13 followers! I know that's not many compared to other blogs but to me it's very exciting!! I'm also at nearly 1000 hits! Yay!

Ok, the card for today was made for my co-worker. She is a good friend, plus I needed an excuse to make a card, lol! It's a regular A2 size card. The ran the first layer through my cuttlebug using the Bloom Dots cuttlebug folder. The flower was cute using the Serenade cartridge. I stamped "Happy Birthday", added the ribbon, and then the buttons. This card turned out cute and simple!!

I have several more cards to post in the next few days. My youngest daughter is turning 1 next month and I made a VERY cute card for her. So check back for that post!!!

Post-It Note Holder

Hello everyone!!
I got the inspiration for these cute Post-It Note Holders from www.kerryspapercrafts.com. (Check her out, she has some great little projects and vidoes) I was browsing the site and fell in love with them! So I decided I would try my hand at making my own! I think they turned out WAY cute! (Sorry for the glare on one of the pics). These would make great, simple gifts for teachers or friends. Or even great little gifts for parties or showers!! They are so simple and easy to make but the outcome is just CUTE!! I slipped a peice of matching paper into the pen to instantly create a matching pen!!
Have a great day!!

Love Birds...Anniversary Card

Hello! I hope everyone had a great weekend! As for me, I worked ALL weekend! But thankfully for me, I now have 7 days off. Yay! Cricut here I come!! lol
Ok, this card is for my husbands parents. It's an anniversary card. They have been married 36 years!!! That is awesome, huh? The arch was cut from the Paper Dolls Dress Up (I love this arch, it's sooo pretty) The heart came from the Stamping cartridge and the birds are from Serenade. And I just finished it off with some coordinating ribbon.
I don't usually use so many cartridges on one card but this is a great example of how to mix and match cartridges and still get a very cohesive outcome!!
Happy card making!! See you next time!

Butterfly Birthday

I've been on a roll lately!! Been making cards like crazy!! lol

I made this pretty butterfly birthday card for my neice. She just turned 6 and her party theme was butterflies. I just made it simple! I used a Martha Steward border punch, added some ribbon, and then the sentiment, with a little bling! One the inside I adhered a strip of paper to slip a gift card in. That's all there was to it!

Questions? Just ask!

Tricycle Card

Hello! Hope everyone had a great weekend!
This card was made for my friends little girl!! The is turning 2 this month! Her name is Mattison. I thought the tricycle was perfect for a 2 year old. I used the card feature on the Stretch Your Imagination cartridge. I used a full 12 x 12 piece of patterened paper and used the "Fit to Page" button. I had to play around with the layers, as they do not layer proper using the card feature. Then I used to little yellow buttons to embellish the wheels. I had so much fun making this card. I hope little Mattison likes it!!!

Gift Card Set

Hello!

I hope everyone has had a great week! My friends birthday is coming up, so I decided to make her a set of cards that she can give to whoever she wants...The cello bags came from Hobby Lobby (same ones I used in the treat bag post below). I put 3 cards in the bag and added the topper. A cute inexpensive little gift!
