Momo's Tuesday Challenge, The Paper Variety Challenge, and So Saturday Challenge

Hi Everyone!!

I'm back for my first post of February!!  Momo is having her bi-monthly Tuesday Challenge this week!! The challenge is to create a project using hot pink, black, and white...And it must also have at least one heart on it!!  So much fun! I also submitted this card for the challenge at The Paper Variety and the So Saturday Challenge!!

I knew exactly what paper I was going to use!!  Zebra print!!! I used the Stamping cartridge for the connected hearts.  And I used a Martha Stewart border punch for the heart border. (The solid color is pink although it does look red in picture.)  Then finished it up with some sheer ribbon...Very simple but very cute too!!

Momo's Tuesday Challenge-Snow theme

Hello!!

Well, I'm back today with my entry for Momo's first Tuesday Challenge of the year!!  The challenge is to create a "snow themed" project!!  That's it!!  Here is what I came up with!!

 I used the Jolly Holidays Cricut Lite cart. The background is embossed with the Houndstooth cuttlebug folder.

 I used stickles and glitter to accent the snow "efftect".

The sentiment was heat embossed with white embossing powder.  I love how my card turned out!!  Hope you like it too!!

I hope everyone had a great Halloween!!  We sure did!!

Momo is having her Tuesday Challenge again this week...And the objective is to create something using either dry embossing or heat embossing.

I made this simple birthday card using the Happy Birthday cuttlebug folder.  The balloons are from Once Upon a Princess cartridge.  This is a very simple card.  Sometimes that how I like them though!!

Momo's Tuesday Challenge-"Just Because" card

Today's post is for the Tuesday Challenge for Made by Momo!!  The challenge was to make and send a "Just Because" card.  I just made this simple card.  No cricut at all...Just a little scrap paper, a pretty punch, and a little ribbon!  I have had this stamp for a while and never used it.  Finally, I found the perfect card to use it for!!

So today is the last day in August and that just so happens to be my oldest daughters birthday!!! She is 4 years old!! She is growing up on me! I want to wish her the best birthday ever!

This card was made for Momo's Tuesday Challenge...If you haven't checked out her blog, YOU SHOULD!! She's awesome!!

So the challenge was to use the colors black and white, and then one other color of your choice. Great challenge!! I was feeling very uninspired this morning...but after sitting and pondering, I finally chose this shoe cut from the Graphically Speaking cartridge. And it kind of just fell into place from there!! It is very different from what I usually do but hey sometimes you have to think outside of the box!!
