A Happy Hello

Hi Everyone!!
I hope everyone is having a great weekend...I made this card a couple weeks ago and just now getting around to sharing it. I actually messed up when cutting out this frog but made the best of it. When I cut out the lily pad, my paper was too small. So I made it look like it was going off the side of the card. Easy fix!!
I embellished the card with a teeny prima flower and some little bling!! I love it! This card is now for sell at my Etsy store. Hope you enjoy!!

Disney Princess Birthday Invitations

My oldest daughter is turning 4 in August. She love Disney Princesses, so of course we must a Disney Princess themed party. I love making cards and such, so I figured this was a good chance to create something special for her birthday!!

I just used some pink and blue cardstock and some patterened paper from Disney Princess paper pad. The latered shapes were cut from the Once Upon a Princess cartridge. I simply printed the "Princess Hailey is Turning 4" from my computer. And just added a little ribbon to bring out the green in the patterned paper.

For the inside, I used the Invitation cuttlebug folder. And used a Disney Princess stamp set to stamp the castle. I fell in love with the inside of this card!! I was proud of myself. lol

I used the same stamp set to create matching envelopes!!
I am currently working on some matching goodie bags, so stay tuned for that post!!!
Have a great night!!

Happy Birthday Princess

Hello!!

I made this card for my 1st daughter. She will be turning 4 in just over a month and LOVES the Disney Princesses!!!! So I know she will LOVE this card!

I used the Once Upon a Princess cartridge to cute the phrase. I used the Disney Princess paper pad. (Can't remember the brand name) I added the blue and pink brads to the princess cutout and popped it up on pop dots. Then added the two different colors of ribbon. Can't wait to see her face when I give this card to her!!!

I will be doing a few more Disney Princess themed projects very soon. I have already made 16 birthday invitations. They turned out sooo cute. I will be posting those in a few days. And if you missed my post on embossing napkins (also princess themed) check that out too!

April Showers

Hello!
I hope everyone is having a great Thursday!! Last night I put the girls to bed and had a little "me time" with my Cricut!! lol I thought this little girl was so cute! She was cut from the Once Upon a Princess cartridge. I cut her at 3 1/2 inches. It took a while to put her together because there were several teeny pieces ,like her buttons. I thought she turned out adorable. I still need to find the perfect sentiment to add to the card. Any suggestions? I used the Swiss Dots Cuttlebug folder on the pink background paper. I though it kind of looked like rain. I have several more cards to share with in the next few days, so stay tuned!!

Once Upon a Rainbow...

I could not wait to use my Once Upon a Princess cartirdge. I put the girls down for a nap and got busy!! I used the rainbow cut at 5 in. The border was punched with my Fiskars border punch. For the clouds, I used an iradescent cardstock. I filled in the eyes with purple Stickles and then finished off the "girl" cloud with a purple Prima flower and a purple brad. I really like this cartridge...Can't wait to make more girly things with it!!!
